OK, I am using a Python script for the web based CVS viewer now.  I
wound up using viewvc (http://www.viewvc.org/) as viewcvs doesn't
appear to be maintained.  There were some issues not related to
cvsweb.cgi but at least I can debug it now.  It is working again.

I guess I should integrate it to our look and feel one of these days.
