Good news, Michael already fixed the problem in the SQLAlchemy 0.5 
branch. For the 0.6 branch I will try to create a compatibility file for 
SQLAlchemy so that you can specify PyGreSQL in the URL protocol. It 
should also work by simply setting module=pgdb.
