[PyGreSQL] missing rpm

On the page http://www.pygresql.org/readme.html#distribution-files the
link ftp://ftp.pygresql.org/pub/distrib/pygresql.i386.rpm

gives a 550 error. The 3.8.1 version is very useful because of the fix for
tables no longer having oids in posgresql 8.1. Is there an rpm somewhere
else? or even a deb.
