[PyGreSQL] PyGreSQL Installation fails

Hallo all,

Just  a small question to the list.Tried to install
PyGreSQL-3.8.1.win32-py2.4.exe.
It install without failure,but later on I cant get a connection between
Python 2.4.3  (PyGreSQL-3.8.1.win32-py2.4.exe) and  psql 8.1.4 ( PostgreSQL
) .Any import command
import pg or import _pg stops with (The dynamic link library libpq.dll could
not be found in the specified path.Thanks for any feedback.Does anybody know
if stackless python works with PyGreSQL as well ?
