[PyGreSQL] DB-API support

I don't have enough experience (i.e. none) with DB-API so if people can
grab the latest beta (ftp://ftp.druid.net/pub/distrib/PyGreSQL-beta.tgz)
and test out module pgdb.py I would be grateful.  Even better would be
a little self-contained test suite.  Also, something for the tutorial
directory would be nice.
